Our nutrition advice
According to Dr. Laurence Plumey, a nutritionist, "When it's very hot, we lose between 3 liters and 3.5 liters of water per day. Therefore, it's necessary to compensate by drinking enough, which is between 2 liters and 2.5 liters, and by eating 'wisely.' Consequently, even if you don't feel hungry when it's very hot, you need to be careful not to become dehydrated. To ensure that you consume enough water, opt for foods that are high in water content: fruits and vegetables, as well as yogurt and cottage cheese!
